Who is responsible

Camilo Lesmes, operating as LesmesWeb, from Bogotá, Colombia. He decides what happens with the information you leave us, and he is who you can hold accountable.

What data we collect

Only what you type into the contact form:

• Your name.
• Your email address.
• Your phone number, with the country code you pick.
• The message you write us.

We do not ask for ID numbers, financial details, or anything classified as sensitive data. If you write to us on WhatsApp instead of using the form, that conversation lives in WhatsApp under its own terms, not ours.

What we use them for

For one thing only: replying to you and carrying on the commercial conversation you started. Specifically, getting in touch, understanding what you need, sending you a quote, and following up on that project.

We will not send you marketing you did not ask for, we do not sell or hand over your data to third parties, and we do not use it to profile you or to train models.

Where they are stored

The form sends your message to our own management system, where it is recorded as a contact request. This site is static: it stores nothing on its own and has no database of its own.

To stop automated spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that whoever submits the form is a person. Turnstile does not use tracking cookies and does not build a profile of you.

How long we keep them

For as long as the conversation that started the contact is alive, and after that for as long as a commercial relationship or a legal obligation requires us to keep them. When neither applies, they are deleted. And if you ask us to delete them sooner, we delete them sooner.

Your rights

Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 grants you these rights over your data. You can exercise them at any time, free of charge:

• Know what data of yours we hold and where it came from.
• Update or correct it if it is wrong or incomplete.
• Ask us to delete it.
• Withdraw the authorisation you gave us.
• File a complaint with Colombia’s Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio if you believe we are not complying.

How to exercise them

Write to us and tell us what you want done. No special format is needed and you do not have to justify the request: we only need to identify you, so that we do not hand your data to someone else. We reply within the terms set by law — fifteen business days for enquiries and fifteen for complaints, extendable where the rules allow.

Site measurement

The site sets no cookies of its own. If audience measurement is enabled, it loads through Google Tag Manager to understand in aggregate which pages get visited; that tool may set its own cookies, which you can block from your browser without breaking the site.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything substantive, we update the date in the header. The version in force is always the one you are reading on this page.
